Celebrate and capture the Holiday Spirit in our Enchanted Alley
Customers, friends and families,
We are happy to announce that, due to the dazzling success of the two last years, the Christmas private photo sessions in our Magical alley are back. You will be able to book your private session with our professional photographer for a family photo, couple photo or simply a photo of you on in our alley, which will be decorated and transformed into a Christmas Garden with snow.
After your photo session, we will offer you a hot cider or a hot chocolate, all accompanied by sweets.
Don't delay in booking your session on our time slot, places are limited!
The package includes:
- A 10 min photo session
- 10 digital retouched photos
- Private Access to the alley for 20 min.
- Drinks: Hot cider or hot chocolate
- Treats, Christmas candies and cookies
- Group of 5 persons Maximum per Photoshoot (30$ will be charged on site for any extra guest )
- Animal friendly
No Refund: All sales are non-refundable.The event will be happening rain or shine . If the event is canceled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
Saturday's & Sunday's from 10 am to 5 pm starting the weekend of November 18th and finishing December 17th (369 St-Paul ouest or 369 Place d'Youville)

Exchange or Return in Store

You can exchange items purchased online in the store within ten (10) days of receiving your order, provided that the merchandise is returned in its original condition, i.e., unwashed, unused, unmodified, with its price tag, and original packaging.

Some items are not available in inventory and must be custom ordered from the supplier. As such, these orders are considered final sales and are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-cancelable.

Eligible Items for Refund/Exchange

All purchased accessories and decorative items are eligible for an exchange, or credit note. These same products can be exchanged for an item of similar value or a credit note within seven (10) days from the purchase date. Items returned beyond these deadlines will not be refundable or exchangeable. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition, i.e., unwashed, unused, unmodified, with its price tag, and original packaging. In the event that these conditions are not met, Pepin shop stores reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene reasons, any purchase of duvet covers, duvets, pillows, sheet sets, throws, and/or cushions will be considered final sales. Items sold at a discount of 40% or more, as well as furniture and rugs, will also be considered final sales and will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
