Purchases are normally delivered within 5-10 business days of placing the original order on our website. If your order is going to take longer than expected or is back ordered, someone from our Online Customer Service Team will contact you. If an order includes both home accessories and furniture, we will wait until all accessory items are available and ship those together separately from the furniture order, unless by prior arrangement with our Online Customer Service Team.
PLEASE NOTE: Each order is subject to a 1-3 business day processing time. This allows us to receive authorization from credit card companies, procure your item, and prepare it for shipping. Please contact us at email@example.com if you require further information.
Furniture orders are shipped once every item of a multiple furniture order is available, unless prior arrangements are made with our Online Customer Service Team. We will give you an approximate delivery date when you place your order. When your products are ready for delivery a member of our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. Any home accessories items on the order will be shipped separately, as stated above.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered can be delivered into your property. It is vital that you measure the width and height of doorways and awkward or restrictive spaces (such as staircases) before placing your order. If we are unable to deliver the furniture that you have ordered because of access restrictions, a refund in the form of a store credit may be given at The Pepin Shop's discretion, but your order will be subject to a 25% repacking fee plus any other delivery or collection fees incurred.
For "freight" items delivered to the Montreal metropolitan area, we deliver Tuesday through Saturday, between 9:00am-5:00pm for a flat fee of $200.00. Our delivery team will deliver product(s) to the room of your choice (providing access is suitable) and remove all packaging, allowing you to inspect product(s) to ensure you are satisfied. You will then be asked to sign our Proof of Delivery note, accepting the goods. If someone else is accepting delivery on your behalf, it is very important that they are fully aware of the product details. If you would like us to leave the products packaged, please let us know in advance. If we have agreed on a delivery date and you are unavailable when the delivery team arrives, we can reschedule delivery for the next available date. However, there will be a charge of $325.00 for the subsequent redelivery of your furniture.
For "freight" items (dining tables, beds, etc.) delivered outside of the Montreal metropolitan area, The delivery time for in-stock furniture items is 5-15 business days from the date your order is processed by The Pepin Shop's Customer Service Team. This delivery time frame is subject to change. The delivery charge is a fixed flat rate, calculated based on destination city, province, and zip code. All other delivery charges are available on request.
Depending on the item, The Pepin Shop can arrange for international delivery, however specific charges will apply. The cost of the freight, along with any duties or fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please inquire with our Online Customer Service Team for further information.
The delivery charges noted are a guide and are subject to alteration following a detailed review of the specifics of each order. In the event of the charges being incorrect, we will call you within 48 hours of your order being processed to advise you. We work closely with our couriers to ensure the best possible service and convenient delivery times, but regret that delays sometimes occur which are beyond our control.
