You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. If you do not receive this email please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
We do our best to ensure that all prices on our website are up-to-date and current at all times. However, despite our best efforts some prices may be inaccurate. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up-to-date as possible, the information, including product descriptions, appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order. We reserve the right to withdraw the product from sale at the incorrect description and/or image shown and cancel your order.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products featured on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display or any color will be accurate.
Nothing in any description of products or photography shall constitute a representation or warranty with respect to such products. We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relation to pricing, availability, text, or photography.
On acceptance of your furniture order (custom, special, and back orders) we will take a deposit of 50% of the value of the item plus the delivery charge if applicable. Once your furniture is available for delivery, our e-commerce customer services team will contact you to notify you that we will be processing the remaining balance. This will be processed against the credit card you gave us at the time of the order. In the event that you wish us to process the payment in any other way please email@example.com who will be happy to advise you of the alternative methods available. On confirmation of receipt of the final payment, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time for delivery. For further information, see Return Policy.
Products are normally shipped within 5-10 business days of processing your order and once every item of a multiple order is available. Please check the individual availability of the product(s) you have ordered. We do our best to ensure that stock availability on our web site are up to date and current at all times. However despite our best efforts stock availability may be incorrect at times. If your order is likely to take any longer, we will contact you to advise of the estimated delivery date.
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us at (514) 844-2512. You must do this within 48 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been packaged and arrangements have been made for it to be sent out to you, we would request that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, following the instructions within Return Policy.
Cancellation of Furniture Orders
If you wish to cancel a furniture order (excluding custom, special, and back orders) you may do so by email@example.com. You may only cancel in stock furniture orders, prior to delivery. Custom, special, and back ordered furniture items are not eligible for cancellation. All arrival dates issued for custom, special, and back order furniture are estimates and are subject to change without any liability to The Pepin Shop. The Pepin Shop is not responsible for production or shipping delays. The Pepin Shop will not issue refunds for cancellations - only store credits - which are valid for a period of one year from date of issue. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and The Pepin Shop will take place on the delivery of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled it in accordance with the instructions above. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
a) The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
b) Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
c) The identification of a pricing or product description error
d) Your not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out below
e) If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our e-commerce customer services team
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all responsible care, in so far as in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or order from the website.
All prices are not inclusive of tax (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery and sales tax (where applicable). You must confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Refusal of Transaction and Eligibility to Purchase
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website.
The Pepin Shop’s total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by The Pepin Shop to the customer. The Pepin Shop shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon The Pepin Shop by statute. The Pepin Shop cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the Website or in the catalogue. The Pepin Shop does not limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. By law, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until 14 days after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
When you place an order to purchase a product from The Pepin Shop your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of a dispatch note included when you receive your order. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such dispatch note do not form part of the contract.
The Pepin Shop endeavors to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, The Pepin Shop does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us.

The Pepin Shop shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement and the relationship between you and The Pepin Shop shall be governed by the laws of Canada without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Canadian authority shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to this agreement. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the services provided on this Site or through this agreement must be filed within 1 year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
